Choes Restaurant

client Karzis Dimos
The visual identity of the Choes restaurant was developed around a typographic experiment. We asked the friends and customers of the tavern to freely draw on a sheet of paper the word "χοές" in any way, style and aesthetic they wanted. This resulted in a collection of disparate sketches and spontaneous graphics that were all used together to illustrate several applications of the restaurant. One of the designs, the one resembling a fish, was adopted as the central logo and became the basic motif for a series of illustrations used to decorate the pages of the catalogue.
